charting our course

On behalf of a great team of NWRA board members, as professionals in the recruitment arena ourselves, we understand you are very busy. Our goal is to deliver programs and resources that help you learn, network and lead.

Learn from recruiting leaders during our four lunch seminars about what is working and pick up new practical tips you can apply right away back at the office.

Network with your recruiting peers. Connect across industries and company sizes, as we face similar recruiting challenges. We provide a compelling and effective reason to get out of the office, meet some fellow recruiters and expand your network and world.

Lead as a recruiter within your company and industry. As you develop on your recruiting path, we all win—you increase your professional standing and you also elevate the recruiting industry in the eyes of your hiring managers by providing real ROI and strategic impact.
